يمكنك حذف حساب Chef's وبياناته من داخل التطبيق أو طلب الحذف من خارج التطبيق دون تسجيل الدخول.
You can delete your Chef's account and data in the app or request deletion outside the app without signing in.
افتح الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب والبيانات ← تأكيد الحذف. تبدأ العملية فور التأكيد ولا يمكن التراجع عنها.
Open Profile → Settings → Delete account and data → Confirm deletion. Processing starts upon confirmation and cannot be undone.
أرسل من بريد الحساب إلى chefsapp26@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب Chef's» وأرفق اسم المستخدم إن أمكن. لن نطلب كلمة المرور وقد نرسل خطوة تحقق.
Email chefsapp26@gmail.com from the account email with the subject “Chef's account deletion request” and include the username if possible. We never ask for your password and may verify identity.
نحذف تسجيل الدخول والملف والاهتمامات والفيديوهات وأصولها والتعليقات والإعجابات والحفظ والمتابعات والرسائل ورموز الإشعارات والبيانات المرتبطة، ما لم يوجب القانون احتفاظًا محدودًا.
We delete sign-in data, profile, interests, videos and media assets, comments, likes, saves, follows, messages, push tokens, and linked data unless law requires limited retention.
قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية مشفرة وغير متاحة للتشغيل حتى 90 يومًا. وقد نحفظ سجلات بلاغات وأمان محدودة حتى 24 شهرًا لمنع التحايل، أو أطول إذا أوجب القانون. قد تبقى بيانات مجمعة أو مجهولة الهوية.
Encrypted backups unavailable to normal operations may remain for up to 90 days. Limited report and safety records may be kept for up to 24 months to prevent evasion, or longer where required by law. Aggregated or de-identified data may remain.
الحذف داخل التطبيق آلي بعد التأكيد. طلبات البريد تعالج عادة خلال 30 يومًا بعد التحقق، وسنؤكد الإتمام أو نوضح أي احتفاظ قانوني واجب.
In-app deletion is automatic after confirmation. Email requests are normally completed within 30 days after verification; we will confirm completion or explain required legal retention.
