This policy explains how the operator of Chef's handles your data when you browse as a guest, create an account, publish content, or interact with the community.

بيانات الحساب والملف والاهتمامات؛ الفيديوهات والعناوين والأوصاف والتعليقات والرسائل والتقييمات والبلاغات؛ المشاهدات ومدتها والإعجابات والحفظ والمتابعات والحظر؛ ورمز الإشعارات ونظام التشغيل واللغة وإصدار التطبيق ومعرّفات الجلسة وسجلات الأمان. لا تطلب النسخة الحالية بيانات دفع أو موقعًا دقيقًا.
Data we collect
We collect account, profile, and interest data; videos, titles, descriptions, comments, messages, reviews, and reports; views, watch time, likes, saves, follows, and blocks; plus push token, operating system, language, app version, session identifiers, and security logs. The current version does not request payment data or precise location.
أذونات الجهاز

Device permissions
We access only the video you select for upload and request notification permission for interaction and message alerts. You can deny or disable permissions in device settings.

Uses and legal bases
We use data to create accounts, operate the service, process content, personalize the feed, deliver messages and notifications, prevent fraud, review reports, provide support, and comply with law. We rely on service performance, consent where needed, legitimate safety interests, or legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use private messages for advertising.
المشاركة ومزودو الخدمة
يعمل Supabase للمصادقة وقاعدة البيانات ووظائف الخادم، وMux لرفع الفيديو ومعالجته وبثه، وGoogle Firebase Cloud Messaging للإشعارات. قد نشارك الحد الأدنى مع مستشارين أو جهات مختصة عند وجوب ذلك. المحتوى والملف العامان يظهران لمستخدمي التطبيق.
Sharing and providers
Supabase provides authentication, database, and server functions; Mux handles video upload, processing, and streaming; and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers notifications. We may share the minimum necessary with advisers or authorities where required. Public profiles and content are visible to app users.
الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والمحتوى أثناء وجود الحساب. بعد الحذف نمحو البيانات أو نفصلها عن الهوية؛ وقد تبقى نسخ احتياطية غير متاحة للتشغيل حتى 90 يومًا. قد تحفظ سجلات البلاغات والأمان المحدودة حتى 24 شهرًا لمنع الإساءة، أو أطول إذا أوجب القانون. قد تبقى إحصاءات مجهولة الهوية.
Retention and deletion
We retain account data and content while the account exists. After deletion, data is removed or de-identified; inaccessible backups may remain for up to 90 days. Limited report and safety records may be retained for up to 24 months to prevent abuse, or longer if required by law. De-identified statistics may remain.
حقوقك وخياراتك

Your rights and choices
You can edit your profile, control notifications, delete content or your account, and request access, a copy, correction, restriction, or objection where applicable law provides those rights. Email chefsapp26@gmail.com from the account email; we may verify identity.
الأطفال
الخدمة غير موجهة لمن هم دون 13 عامًا ولا نجمع بياناتهم عمدًا. يحتاج من هو دون سن الرشد القانوني موافقة ولي الأمر. نطبق عدم التسامح مع إساءة أو استغلال الأطفال ونزيل المحتوى ونوقف الحسابات ونبلغ الجهات المختصة عند وجوب ذلك.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Users below the legal age of majority need guardian permission. We have zero tolerance for child abuse or exploitation and remove content, suspend accounts, and report where required.
النقل والأمان والتغييرات
قد يعالج مزودونا البيانات خارج الكويت وفق ضماناتهم. نستخدم تشفير النقل وضوابط الوصول، لكن لا توجد وسيلة مضمونة بالكامل. سنعرض أي تحديث وتاريخه داخل التطبيق ونطلب موافقة جديدة على التغييرات الجوهرية عند الحاجة.
Transfers, security, and changes
Providers may process data outside Kuwait under their safeguards. We use encryption in transit and access controls, but no method is completely secure. We will display updates and their date in the app and request renewed consent for material changes where required.
