By using Chef's, creating an account, or publishing content, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 13 عامًا وأن تحصل على موافقة ولي الأمر إذا كنت دون سن الرشد. قدم بيانات صحيحة واحم كلمة المرور، ولا تنتحل غيرك أو تبيع الحساب أو تستخدم حسابات للتحايل على الإدارة.
You must be at least 13 and have guardian permission if below the legal age of majority. Provide accurate information, protect your password, and do not impersonate others, sell accounts, or evade enforcement.
المنصة للطبخ والوصفات والطعام والمطاعم وأدوات المطبخ. يُحظر المحتوى الجنسي أو العنيف أو العنصري أو التحريضي والكراهية والتحرش والتهديد والابتزاز والاحتيال والتضليل وكشف بيانات الآخرين والمواد غير القانونية والإعلانات العشوائية.
The platform is for cooking, recipes, food, restaurants, and kitchen tools. Sexual, violent, racist, inflammatory, hateful, harassing, threatening, extortionate, fraudulent, misleading, privacy-invasive, illegal, and spam content is prohibited.
لا ترفع إلا ما أنشأته أو تملك حقوق نشره، بما في ذلك الموسيقى والعلامات وصور الأشخاص. لا تسرق أو تزل العلامات المائية أو تنتحل صاحب المحتوى، واحصل على الموافقات اللازمة قبل تصوير الآخرين أو الأطفال.
Upload only content you created or have rights to publish, including music, brands, and images of people. Do not steal, remove watermarks, or impersonate creators, and obtain required consent before filming others or children.
لا تعرض السكاكين أو النار أو الغاز أو الكهرباء أو المواد الكيميائية بطريقة خطرة، ولا تشجع الأطفال دون إشراف. راعِ الحساسية وسلامة الغذاء والتخزين وتعليمات المصنع. محتوى المستخدمين ليس نصيحة طبية أو غذائية مهنية.
Do not show knives, fire, gas, electricity, or chemicals being used dangerously, or encourage unsupervised children. Consider allergies, food safety, storage, and manufacturer instructions. User content is not professional medical or dietary advice.
احترم الآخرين ولا تستخدم الرسائل للإزعاج أو الاستغلال. يجب أن تكون التقييمات حقيقية. افصح عن الرعاية أو المقابل، ولا تنشر ادعاءات تجارية أو غذائية مضللة.
Respect others and do not use messages for unwanted contact or exploitation. Reviews must be genuine. Disclose sponsorship or compensation and avoid misleading commercial or food claims.
تحتفظ بملكية محتواك الأصلي، وتمنح Chef's ترخيصًا غير حصري وعالميًا وقابلًا للترخيص الفرعي بالقدر اللازم لاستضافة المحتوى ومعالجته وعرضه وتشغيل الخدمة والترويج لها. ينتهي الترخيص بعد الحذف وفترة النسخ الاحتياطية المعقولة ما لم يلزم الاحتفاظ قانونًا.
You retain ownership of original content and grant Chef's a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable license only as needed to host, process, display, operate, and promote the service. It ends after deletion and a reasonable backup period unless legal retention is required.
يمكنك الإبلاغ والحظر. قد نحذف أو نخفي المحتوى، نحذر، نقيّد الميزات، نعلّق أو ننهي الحساب، نمنع التحايل، أو نحيل الأمر للجهات المختصة بحسب الخطورة والقانون.
You can report and block. Depending on severity and law, we may remove or hide content, warn, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, prevent evasion, or refer matters to authorities.
لا نضمن دقة كل وصفة أو تقييم أو ملاءمته للجميع. استخدم حكمك وتحقق من المعلومات. قد نحدّث الشروط ونطلب موافقة جديدة على التغييرات الجوهرية. تخضع الخدمة للقوانين الملزمة في دولة الكويت دون انتقاص حقوق المستهلك غير القابلة للتنازل.
We do not guarantee every recipe or review is accurate or suitable for everyone. Use judgment and verify information. We may update the terms and request renewed acceptance for material changes. Mandatory Kuwaiti law applies without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.
